About the role
Xtremepush is an omnichannel customer engagement platform with an integrated CDP, supporting more than 200 customers in iGaming, sports betting, and financial services. As the company expands its product suite across CRM, CDP, Governance, Gamify, and Loyalty, it is hiring a Product Designer to take ownership of design across the full platform.
Reporting to the Head of Product, this person will be the only dedicated designer, working across five product pillars and partnering closely with Product Managers and engineering leaders to move features from early discovery all the way to polished release. The role also includes helping define how design operates at Xtremepush, including setting up design processes from scratch and using AI as part of the workflow rather than as an afterthought.
This position is based in Dublin, Ireland, and follows a hybrid working model with office attendance required two days per week.
Key responsibilities
- Lead UX and product design across CRM, CDP, Governance, Gamify, and Loyalty in partnership with product and engineering teams.
- Guide features through the full design lifecycle, including discovery, wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity design, and handoff to developers.
- Develop, maintain, and improve a unified design system and reusable component library for the platform.
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and broader research activities, then turn insights into practical product recommendations.
- Apply research findings to prioritise work and shape design choices across all five pillars.
- Set up scalable design processes and incorporate AI tools into research, prototyping, synthesis, and day-to-day workflow.
- Evaluate and implement AI solutions that improve design productivity while maintaining quality standards.
- Work with engineering leaders to assess feasibility, define scope, and ensure strong implementation.
- Advocate for consistent UX quality and design standards as the business grows.
Experience and qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in product design, preferably within B2B SaaS or platform products.
- A strong portfolio showing ownership from research through to shipped product.
- Experience designing complex, data-rich, or workflow-oriented products; background in martech, fintech, or similar areas is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as the sole design resource while balancing priorities across multiple stakeholders and product areas.
- Practical experience using, or a strong interest in using, AI tools in the design process such as research synthesis, prototyping, and workflow automation.
- Strong communication skills and confidence presenting design decisions to product, engineering, and commercial teams.
- Experience creating or improving design systems.
- Prior exposure to iGaming, sports betting, or financial services is a plus.
