Preferred Candidate Profile

• A bachelor’s or master’s qualification in education or a related discipline is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in school leadership or administration is expected.
• Strong ability to lead teams, communicate clearly, and stay organized.
• Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum will be an added advantage.
• A genuine interest in working with children is important.
• Early or immediate joining is preferred.
