About the Role
The organisation is looking for an experienced PR and communications professional with a strong foundation in journalism and copywriting to oversee external communications, media relations, and content delivery across the group. The role plays a central part in defining how the business is presented publicly through media coverage, brand storytelling, partnerships, and multi-channel communication.
The right candidate will bring a mix of editorial strength, public relations expertise, and commercial understanding, with the ability to convert business goals and brand direction into sharp, engaging content. Familiarity with the UAE market, its media ecosystem, and the real estate sector is important, and previous experience in UAE real estate is highly desirable because the industry is competitive and relationship-led.
Public Relations and Corporate Communications
- Shape and implement the PR approach across all entities in the group.
- Prepare and coordinate press releases, official announcements, and media statements.
- Develop strong working relationships with journalists, media houses, and trade publications.
- Protect and manage the organisation’s public image and external communication style.
- Assist senior leadership with executive communications and high-level announcements.
- Spot PR opportunities that can improve visibility and market positioning.
Content Strategy and Copywriting
- Oversee content planning and editorial delivery across platforms in line with brand leadership direction and the broader business strategy defined by directors and founders.
- Produce and refine copy for brand and marketing campaigns, organic social media, paid advertising, websites, landing pages, and digital assets.
- Write content for company profiles, brochures, presentations, articles, thought leadership pieces, and other editorial formats.
- Create effective day-to-day marketing communication materials.
- Keep brand voice consistent across every group brand.
- Turn brand and marketing plans into persuasive written stories.
Partnerships, Influencers, and Brand Collaborations
- Help craft messaging for partnerships and collaboration initiatives.
- Prepare influencer briefings and guide content alignment requirements.
- Ensure every external collaboration follows brand standards.
- Assess partnership opportunities based on brand fit and audience relevance.
- Support the communication angle and storytelling for partnership campaigns.
Brand Communication Support
- Make sure external messaging stays aligned with group positioning and brand strategy.
- Support marketing and creative teams by clarifying messaging and copy.
- Maintain a consistent public image across all communication touchpoints.
- Contribute to campaign narratives and overall communication planning.
