About the Organisation
Titan Wealth Group delivers services across the full wealth management value chain, including financial planning, investment management, platform services, trading, settlement, and custody. Its model is built around flexible, modular services that clients can adopt and expand as their business needs evolve. The group also actively acquires UK-based asset managers and other businesses connected to wealth management.
Square Mile, which sits within Titan Wealth’s asset management division, is an independent investment research firm working alongside regulated professional financial services companies. This is a strong opportunity for an analytically rigorous and commercially aware investment professional who wants to join a collaborative, high-performing team with meaningful exposure to portfolio construction, client engagement, and market analysis.
Role Overview
As part of the Portfolio Management team, you will contribute to the creation and oversight of investment portfolios within Titan’s Centralised Investment Proposition (CIP). The role also involves close collaboration with financial advisers and institutional clients across the UK.
Your day-to-day work will span portfolio building, fund selection, market commentary, client-facing presentations, and support for ongoing relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop, oversee, and review investment portfolios, including input into asset allocation choices.
- Produce investment ideas grounded in research and analytical review.
- Deliver presentations to client investment committees, explaining market conditions, performance, and strategy in a clear way.
- Maintain and support client relationships by handling queries and taking part in routine review meetings.
- Work with internal research teams, including Titan Square Mile, to improve fund selection and portfolio optimisation.
- Help create market updates, presentations, and other client-facing communications.
- Assist with reporting and governance activities across the investment function.
Requirements
- Between 3 and 6 years of experience in portfolio management, fund research, or asset management.
- Solid grasp of portfolio construction, risk management, and major asset classes.
- Hands-on experience reviewing and choosing funds.
- Confidence in presenting investment views and communicating effectively with clients.
- Strong analytical ability, with advanced Excel and modelling skills.
- Familiarity with Morningstar, Bloomberg, or FE Analytics would be an advantage.
- IMC qualification is required, and CFA qualification or progress toward it is preferred.
- A team-oriented approach, curiosity, and the ability to build strong internal and external working relationships.
Team Environment
You will join a close-knit and supportive team inside a fast-growing business where collaboration and continuous improvement are genuinely valued. The role offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders and a clear route to greater responsibility over time.
The position involves regular interaction with clients across the UK, including occasional travel, and you will receive structured support as you settle into the role.
Why Join Titan?
- Be part of a growing and progressive investment platform.
- Gain direct exposure to portfolio strategy and client relationship management.
- Work in a collaborative team culture with low ego and strong teamwork.
- Access clear opportunities for development and career progression.
Inclusive Hiring
Titan Wealth Group is committed to building an inclusive and fair workplace for all employees, regardless of race, age, gender, sexual orientation, religion, physical ability or disability, or political affiliation. The company believes diversity helps create better outcomes for both clients and colleagues. Equal opportunity is applied across recruitment, career growth, compensation and benefits, training, development, and other work-related processes.
Recruitment Technology
Some stages of the hiring process may use artificial intelligence tools to support application review, resume analysis, and the identification of possible inconsistencies or verification signals in submitted materials. These tools assist the recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are made by people.
