Role overview

This position is based at Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara in Doha, Qatar. The hotel is part of Minor Hotels, an international hospitality group with a portfolio of more than 530 properties across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Ocean, Europe, and South America, operating brands such as Anantara, Avani, Elewana, Oaks, NH Hotels, NH Collection, nhow, and TIVOLI.

The role is a guest-facing food and beverage position where you will act as a hospitality representative for the hotel. Success in this job depends on delivering fast, courteous service and helping create a memorable experience for guests in the hotel’s F&B areas. You will work closely with other teams to keep outlet operations smooth and efficient.

Key duties

• Deliver warm, timely, and professional service to guests at all times.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and comfort in food and beverage outlets.
• Coordinate with colleagues across departments to support the efficient running of outlets.
• Build strong knowledge of menus, beverages, hotel services, and on-site facilities.
• Continue improving your hospitality skills to support better guest experiences.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment.
• Respect and protect guest privacy throughout all interactions.

Requirements

• Prior experience working in food and beverage or restaurant operations.
• Genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent guest service.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
