Role overview

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Pizza Maker at The Anglers Bar & Restaurant in the Cork Metropolitan Area. The role centers on preparing neapolitan pizza dough, sauces, and toppings; building pizzas to order; and baking them in a wood-fired oven according to the restaurant’s standards for taste and presentation.

What you will do

You will be responsible for handling ingredients, keeping the station clean and organized, and working in line with food safety and hygiene requirements. The role also involves maintaining accurate portioning, delivering consistent quality, coordinating with kitchen colleagues during service, and supporting front-of-house requests when needed, including dietary adjustments or guest-specific requirements.
