Where you'll work

Esnad Contracting is hiring a Payroll Specialist to handle payroll operations for its construction and project locations in Riyadh.

Run monthly payroll for both site-based and office employees.
Check and validate attendance, overtime, deductions, and allowances sent from project teams.
Work closely with project managers to make sure payroll inputs are accurate and submitted on time.
Keep employee payroll records current and maintain proper documentation.
Respond to employee questions about pay, deductions, and financial entitlements.
Make sure payroll activities follow company policies and local labor requirements.

At least 3 years of payroll experience.
Background in construction, contracting, or other project-based organizations is required.
Good knowledge of site payroll elements such as field allowances, overtime, shifts, and attendance systems.
Experience managing monthly payroll cycles accurately and within deadlines.
Understanding of labor regulations, end-of-service calculations, and employee benefits/entitlements.
Strong accuracy and the ability to manage large data sets.

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and is intended to support construction and project site operations.
