In this position, you will help ensure smooth day-to-day recruiting processes, support partner hiring activities, and contribute to high-quality service across the department.

- Receive lateral candidate submissions, enter them into the recruiting system (viRecruit), and keep the records current and accurate.
- Arrange interviews, callbacks, and associated travel details.
- Assemble interview evaluation packets and other candidate-facing materials.
- Reach out to attorneys and remind them to complete lateral candidate evaluations and share feedback.
- Send resumes and candidate documents to members of the Partner Recruiting Team.
- Help coordinate partner growth initiatives and related projects.
- Prepare routine reports and respond to ad hoc data, survey, and information requests.
- Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire paperwork for partner-level hires.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in administration, coordination, or recruiting support; experience in a law firm or other professional services environment is an advantage.
- Strong planning and organization skills with careful attention to detail.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office, and familiarity with an applicant tracking system such as viRecruit is a plus.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound judgment and the ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
