Role Overview

notifyMD is seeking a part-time remote call center professional who can represent the company with a calm, friendly, and polished approach. In this position, you will manage a large flow of inbound calls and help transform tense or stressful interactions into positive customer experiences.

Compensation

This role pays $21 per hour.

Schedule

The position follows a consistent part-time schedule with fixed weekday shifts and one mandatory weekend day each week, either Saturday or Sunday. Work on holidays is required.

Training

Paid training lasts 1 to 2 weeks before you transition into your regular schedule.

What You Will Be Doing

Answering a high volume of incoming calls in a professional and reassuring manner.
Helping callers through difficult situations while maintaining a calm and warm tone.
Providing dependable support as a remote representative for client calls.

What You Should Bring

A typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
Strong comfort using computers and common digital tools.
Dependability, self-motivation, attention to detail, and clear written communication.
Customer service experience is helpful, though it is not mandatory because training will be provided.

Remote Work Requirements

A quiet workspace free from distractions.
A Windows 10 or Windows 11 PC or laptop; Macs, Apple devices, Chromebooks, and tablets are not accepted.
At least 1 GB of storage on the device.
A screen resolution of no less than 1600 x 900, with dual monitors preferred.
A wired USB headset with microphone support; Bluetooth headsets are not allowed.
High-speed internet that can pass a speed test, with no satellite connection, and the ability to use an Ethernet cable for a wired setup instead of Wi-Fi.
