About Naz&Co
Naz&Co is a compact UX design agency focused on ambitious SaaS and AI founders building sophisticated products such as dashboards, workflow systems, and platforms with multiple user roles. The team has contributed over $100K in enterprise value across logistics, healthcare, and AI-related tools, and operates with a small-team mindset, real clients, and demanding quality standards.
Role Overview
This full-time remote role is centered on outreach and business development. You will work from lead lists of SaaS and AI founders, study each prospect, and craft highly personalized outreach through LinkedIn and email with the goal of securing meetings. The team handles deal closure, while you earn 5% of every project you source. If the client remains on a recurring retainer, that 5% continues each month for the lifetime of the account.
What You Will Do
- Investigate prospects and write individualized outreach messages instead of sending generic templates.
- Run follow-up sequences until a meeting is booked or there is a clear no.
- Keep all conversations organized in a lightweight CRM.
- Coordinate with the lead to keep messaging aligned with current offers.
What We’re Looking For
Strong English communication is essential. We are especially interested in people who are genuinely curious about SaaS, startups, or design and who can work independently. Because the role includes commission-based pay, you should be self-motivated and comfortable driving your own output. Previous outreach or sales experience can help, but it is not mandatory.
What You Don’t Need
You do not need a degree, an extensive resume, or prior experience at a large company. What matters most is the ability to write a message that gets a busy founder to pause and respond.
