This position is for an Outlet Supervisor at a luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on keeping Food & Beverage outlet operations running smoothly while ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction, service quality, and business performance.

About the Property

The hotel is part of a globally recognized luxury hospitality brand with a strong international presence. The Doha property is set on the city’s longest private beach, surrounded by landscaped gardens, and includes 12 restaurants, leisure amenities, a free-form swimming pool, and a spa. It is also located close to downtown Doha, key government and corporate offices, and major attractions such as the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre, City Center Mall, and Doha Golf Club.

Key Responsibilities

You will oversee daily outlet activity, guide the team, and help maintain service excellence, cleanliness, and profitability. The role requires close attention to guest needs, operational standards, team performance, and inventory usage.

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the assigned Food & Beverage outlet to keep service efficient and uninterrupted.
• Coach, support, and encourage team members so they consistently create strong guest experiences.
• Track service quality and make sure brand and hotel procedures are followed correctly.
• Assist the Outlet Manager with staffing plans, training, performance reviews, and staff development.
• Respond to guest comments and complaints in a professional way and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, cleanliness, and food handling.
• Watch stock usage, raise requisitions when needed, and help reduce waste through good inventory control.
• Support upselling efforts and contribute to revenue and guest satisfaction goals.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and share daily priorities with the team.
• Help build a workplace culture that is positive, cooperative, and inclusive.

Candidate Profile

The employer is looking for someone with prior experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment, along with strong communication, planning, and people-management abilities. The person should be comfortable working under pressure and handling several tasks at once.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Additional language skills will be considered an advantage.
• Well-developed organizational ability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
