Operations Coordinator

Role Overview

The Operations Coordinator is a part-time remote position focused on helping Mon Allure’s retail operations run efficiently on a daily basis. The role supports launch planning, documentation, coordination tasks, and communication across teams and partners.

What You’ll Do

You will help organize schedules and timelines for product launches, keep records current, and support administrative work such as data entry, reporting, and file management. The role also involves working with internal stakeholders and external partners to monitor inventory and assortment changes, resolve operational concerns, and assist with customer and retailer questions.

In addition, you will watch for ways to improve process flow, prepare progress updates, and contribute to stronger workflows and communication systems.

Qualifications

The position calls for a strong foundation in operations coordination, process tracking, and basic project support. You should be comfortable interpreting data, reviewing performance measures, and spotting operational issues. Clear communication is important for working with internal teams, retailers, and brand partners in a remote environment.

Customer support skills are useful for handling inquiries, solving problems, and maintaining professional relationships. You should also be organized and confident with administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and data entry.

Familiarity with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms such as spreadsheets, project management systems, and online communication tools is helpful. Strong attention to detail, good time management, and the ability to work independently are important. Experience in cosmetics, retail, or merchandising operations is an advantage, though it is not mandatory.
