ఉద్యోగ వివరణ
Job Purpose
This role is responsible for timely receipt, safe storage, and controlled issuance of raw materials in line with company standards.
Material Receipts
- Accept incoming materials against purchase orders raised by the Purchase team.
- Verify that received items match the required specifications and have been properly tested in the lab.
Material Issues
- Release materials only against valid and approved indents.
- Maintain the register for returnable gate passes for items sent out for repair, maintenance, and similar purposes.
Systems
- Make sure all necessary entries are updated in the system accurately and on time.
- Monitor and maintain the minimum stock levels of critical items.
- Track materials that reach reorder levels and ensure they are placed on order.
Innovation
- Identify one improvement opportunity and implement it.
Self and Subordinate Development
- Provide on-the-job guidance and training to team members reporting to you.
- Identify suitable learning and development programs for personal growth.
