About the Opportunity

This role is with a rapidly expanding import-export logistics business working across the UAE. The company manages complete supply-chain coordination, customs clearance, and distribution for FMCG and industrial products. It values speed, accuracy, and dependable execution, and is looking for a proactive Office Boy to help keep daily office and warehouse activities running smoothly.

Role and Responsibilities

• Move internal paperwork, parcels, mail, and courier items between departments and external locations.
• Help keep the office tidy, replenish supplies, and monitor stationery stock.
• Support warehouse staff with light handling tasks, product tagging, and order preparation when needed.
• Carry out errands for senior team members, including banking runs, vendor collection tasks, and visits to government offices.
• Receive visitors, answer phone calls, and assist with basic front-desk coordination during busy periods.
• Help with event arrangements, basic maintenance of office equipment, and document filing as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

The candidate should already hold a valid UAE residency visa and have police clearance. Spoken Arabic or Urdu is required, along with basic English reading and writing ability. Prior experience in office support or logistics assistance is expected. The job may involve lifting items up to 20 kg and standing for long periods. A valid UAE or GCC driving licence is also required.

Preferred Background

Experience in a UAE customs or logistics setting will be an advantage. Familiarity with courier or delivery mobile apps is helpful, as is working knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, or Google Forms.
