Night Auditor (m/w/d)

About the role

Schlosshotel Hugenpoet is looking for a Night Auditor (m/f/d) who is comfortable working overnight and can provide guests with calm, professional support throughout the night. The position supports the Front Office team and helps ensure that the handover to the morning shift runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Handle late check-ins, look after guests during the night and early morning, and process check-outs.
• Assist with luggage handling.
• Carry out inspection and security rounds across the hotel and monitor all safety-related systems and equipment.
• Complete the day-end closing using hotel software.
• Receive and verify waiter and restaurant settlement reports.
• Pass on all important events and information from the previous day to the early shift.
• Provide occasional service support when guests make special requests.

What we are looking for

Applicants should already have experience in hospitality or a comparable guest-facing role with high responsibility during evening and night hours. The role requires a willingness to work overnight from 22:45 to 07:00, along with very good German and good English skills. A very polite manner, a well-groomed appearance, reliability, and strong sense of responsibility are also important.
