National Account Manager

About the Role

Dal-Tile, part of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a National Accounts Manager to serve as the main contact for assigned national accounts. In this role, you will build long-term client relationships, support revenue expansion, and help ensure a strong customer experience.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while learning their goals and aligning solutions to their needs.
• Conduct sales conversations in person and virtually, including presentations, pricing discussions, and closing opportunities.
• Create and execute account plans designed to drive growth and revenue.
• Partner with executive leadership on long-term strategic planning.
• Research the market and monitor industry developments and trends.
• Suggest actions that strengthen the company’s standing with major national accounts.
• Keep communication flowing between internal teams and account contacts.
• Work with cross-functional partners to carry out account strategies smoothly.
• Share regular account performance and market trend updates with leadership.
• Use business and industry knowledge to make sound process and commercial decisions.
• Deliver thorough, high-quality analysis on a consistent basis.
• Take on additional duties as required.

Experience and Education

• A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or an equivalent mix of education and experience, is required.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is needed.
• Prior experience in account management or field sales of 2 or more years is preferred.

Additional Job Requirements

• The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
