Role Summary
Reporting to a department manager, this position oversees the daily work connected to loan processing, loan servicing, and/or default management, as well as related operational activities. The supervisor ensures the team’s work is organized, timely, and aligned with quality and service standards.
What You Will Do
- Lead day-to-day operations for assigned loan processing, servicing, or default management functions.
- Guide employees in the assigned team and keep workloads moving efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams, regional groups, vendors, and outside agencies to solve support issues.
- Share new policies, procedures, and product updates with staff.
- Maintain strong service standards for both internal partners and external customers.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, motivation, and team-building support.
- Recommend staffing actions such as hiring, transfers, terminations, salary changes, performance standards, and performance reviews.
- Approve time entries, assignments, vacation requests, sick leave, and related employee records.
Basic Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Experience
- Working knowledge of loan processing and loan servicing support activities, along with related operational rules and practices.
- Strong judgment, analytical ability, and problem-solving capability.
- Well-developed organization and project coordination skills.
- Ability to balance several tasks, projects, and deadlines at the same time.
- Foundational understanding of human resources policies and programs.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfort working in a team setting while also leading individuals effectively.

Compensation is based on the primary location shown first, and the actual range may vary by location. The posted pay range for this role is $30.76 to $37.60 per hour.
