Role overview
Address Group is hiring an experienced MEP Planner Specialist for construction projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time onsite role focuses on building, tracking, and managing schedules for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work so that design, procurement, and field execution stay aligned.
Key responsibilities
- Create detailed schedules for MEP workstreams, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting activities.
- Work closely with engineering, procurement, and site teams to coordinate planning needs.
- Track manpower, equipment, and productivity against the approved plan.
- Revise schedules as actual progress changes or project updates arise.
- Take part in progress review meetings and communicate schedule status to stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with contractual milestones and project performance targets.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a closely related engineering field.
- At least 10 years of experience in MEP planning within construction or contracting environments.
- Hands-on expertise in Primavera P6, which is mandatory for this role.
- Good working knowledge of MEP drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Strong analytical thinking and effective communication skills.
