GenElek Technologies Private Limited, a startup dedicated to assistive robotics, is seeking Mechanical Engineering interns to contribute to the development of exoskeletons that support and enhance human capabilities. Join us in this pioneering journey as part of a hands-on role in mechanical design and prototyping.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and design teams to identify mechanical system applications and define technical requirements.
- Perform research to guide the engineering and design process for mechanical components.
- Develop detailed mechanical designs utilizing CAD, CAM, and 3D modeling software.
- Conduct virtual testing through computer simulations and experiments to optimize designs.
- Supervise prototype development and manufacture for functional testing.
- Maintain thorough documentation of design stages, iterations, and testing outcomes.
- Manage project schedules, allocate resources, and oversee budgeting processes.
- Coordinate efforts among clients, designers, engineers, and manufacturers to ensure alignment.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, specification documents, and user manuals.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies, design innovations, and engineering best practices.
