Role overview
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will partner closely with the marketing team to keep projects moving efficiently and to support smooth execution across campaigns and initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead CRM campaign delivery across push notifications, email, SMS, and in-app messaging from start to finish. This includes gathering briefs from internal stakeholders ahead of deadlines, drafting content in both English and Arabic, and working with the CRM team to launch campaigns on time. You will also be accountable for making sure campaign requests are submitted by all teams within the agreed timelines.
- Assist with local advertising efforts, promotional initiatives, and event coordination, ensuring they align with department standards, brand guidelines, and available budgets.
- Help strengthen the brand’s position in the local market and support efforts to reach the most relevant audience to improve market share.
- Plan communications for the appropriate audience at each stage of the customer journey and funnel.
- Support the Marketing Manager in rolling out talabat pro campaigns across CRM, social media, digital, and offline channels by preparing briefs, coordinating with stakeholders, and tracking execution for any new projects in progress.
- Create and maintain templates and internal processes for requesting marketing support for new verticals.
- Work with colleagues across the Marketing department and coordinate with other functions such as PR & Comms, Sales, and the regional creative team.
- Prepare and manage performance reporting, including a weekly competitive landscape report and active campaign performance updates covering key metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversions.
- Handle CRM communication activities, specifically push notifications and email.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing or a closely related field.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, with strong Arabic copywriting ability across CRM, social media, and digital channels; this is essential.
- Creative thinking with the ability to identify target audiences and build digital campaigns that capture attention, share information, and drive action.
- Strong planning and coordination skills, with the ability to manage several campaigns at once under demanding deadlines.
- Comfort with data and analysis, along with a good working knowledge of numbers; advanced MS Excel skills are an added advantage.
