Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have completed Grade 12 or an equivalent level of education. Experience as a concrete finisher will be considered an advantage. The role calls for someone who can keep safety at the forefront while supporting production targets, and who is comfortable with physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ lbs regularly, climbing ladders, standing for long periods, and performing repetitive overhead movements.
Applicants should also be able to operate heavy machinery, bring a positive and motivated approach to work, and have a mechanical mindset with problem-solving and troubleshooting ability as an asset. Strong teamwork, interpersonal communication skills, and a willingness to work overtime during peak periods are important. The employer is looking for someone hardworking, dependable, and willing to take ownership of their work.
Work Schedule
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek from Monday to Friday. Shifts may be during the day, evening, or night depending on business requirements, and flexibility is necessary. Overtime may be available and may be required, especially during peak season.
