Junior Learning Services Consultant

This opportunity is designed for a recently graduated professional, or someone with around a year of experience at a global organization, who is ready to grow in a learning and development environment. Key responsibilities

• Coordinate training activities, including the practical setup and logistics required for sessions.
• Assist trainers and support participants throughout the learning process.
• Arrange and prepare training rooms and venues.
• Stay in regular contact with trainers and external vendors on a daily basis.
• Help the team manage incoming questions and requests.
• Organize meetings and create schedules and timetables.
• Prepare and distribute training materials.
• Work with other coordinators to support customer engagements and help deliver learning projects on time and with strong quality.
• Build a solid understanding of the business environment through close collaboration with customers and vendors.

What you should bring

• A bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a similar field is preferred, though applicants from other academic backgrounds are also welcome.
• Ability to handle several assignments at once while keeping priorities in order in a busy training setting.
• Strong command of English.
• A technical background, ideally in telecommunications or IT, would be an advantage.
• Comfort working independently as well as within a team.
• Ability to stay effective under pressure in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
• A practical, proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Previous exposure to an international workplace is beneficial.
• Familiarity with project management tasks is a plus.
• Genuine interest in technology and how it continues to evolve is an advantage.
