About the role
HMS Coach is looking for an IT Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring for technical roles. The position involves working closely with hiring managers, identifying suitable candidates, and helping close positions efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand open vacancies and hiring needs.
- Find and approach candidates that match the role requirements.
- Manage candidate discussions, negotiate offers, and support onboarding.
Eligibility
This role is open to candidates with at least 1 year of experience.
Requirements
- A computer science graduate is preferred.
- Prior recruitment experience in an IT company is required.
Perks
- Five-day work week.
Compensation
The annual salary offered for this role is INR 5,00,000 to 9,00,000.
