Role overview
The organization is seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to take charge of day-to-day technology operations, infrastructure, and systems. This role focuses on keeping technology services secure, stable, and efficient while supporting the wider business through well-managed IT leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee core IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, enterprise applications, and internal technology services.
- Safeguard cybersecurity, data protection, system reliability, and adherence to IT policies and standards.
- Direct the IT support function and help ensure responsive service delivery across all departments.
- Coordinate system enhancements, software rollouts, and IT projects from planning through implementation and maintenance.
- Track system health, uptime, incident trends, and service KPIs to support consistent operational performance.
- Work closely with business teams to identify technology needs and deliver practical solutions.
- Handle IT budgets, vendor coordination, purchasing, and the lifecycle of technology assets.
- Create, maintain, and enforce IT procedures, policies, and best practices to strengthen efficiency and security.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate brings solid experience in IT management, systems administration, or infrastructure leadership. A strong grasp of networking, cloud environments, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems is important, along with the ability to lead teams, solve problems, and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
