Position Overview
This opportunity is for an iOS Engineer focused on coding-agent workflows. The role is remote and contract-based, with compensation set at $85 per hour.
What You’ll Do
- Use advanced AI coding agents to complete and assess challenging engineering work.
- Inspect code produced by models for correctness, code quality, maintainability, and performance.
- Spot defects, unusual edge cases, and potential failure points in generated solutions.
- Evaluate and compare outputs from multiple frontier models, noting where each performs well or poorly.
- Use sound engineering judgment when working through realistic mobile development scenarios.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of professional experience in iOS development.
- Hands-on experience creating and maintaining production iOS apps with Swift and current iOS frameworks.
- Frequent use of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf, Gemini CLI, or similar products.
- Ability to judge model-created mobile implementations and technical architecture choices.
Preferred Background
- Prior experience launching mobile applications into production.
Compensation and Work Details
- Pay is $85 per hour.
- Accepted tasks are paid at $400 each.
- Once ramped up, tasks usually take about 2 to 3 hours.
- Pay depends on work that is accepted.
