About the role
Emma is hiring an Internal Communications Manager to improve how information, decisions, and leadership direction are shared across the company. The role focuses on clarity, consistency, and alignment so that the right message reaches the right audience in the right format, especially in a fast-paced international setting.
You will report to the Head of Culture and act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, turning strategic intent into clear communication that can be rolled out across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Support C-level leaders as a communications partner for both planned and ad-hoc internal messages
- Convert strategic decisions into communication that is easy to understand and can be shared across the business
- Oversee internal communications across Frankfurt, Manila, Lisbon, and Mexico City
- Make sure communication is both factually correct and mindful of how it will be received
- Bring structure and follow-through to internal communication projects
- Improve and manage key communication channels and formats, including the Global All Hands
- Own the employee survey process from design to results communication, including identifying patterns and themes in written feedback
What the company is looking for
- At least 4 years of experience in a scale-up or international environment handling structured communication or information management
- Strong experience working directly with senior executives, drafting messages for them, managing communication on their behalf, and building trust
- Ability to simplify complex issues, spot patterns, and turn findings into practical next steps
- A systems-oriented mindset with a focus on how communication processes are designed and improved
- Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of another language is an advantage in a global environment
- Comfort working in uncertain, fast-changing situations without waiting for a perfect brief
