Role Overview

This position offers the chance to join Rippling’s Benefits Implementation team in EMEA as one of its early foundational members. The role is focused on working with brokers and clients as an implementation partner, translating technical and insurance-related needs into configured benefit plans and helping resolve issues along the way.

You will support an expanding portfolio of accounts and serve as an internal point of contact for benefit-related implementation work across EMEA. As the benefits implementation function grows alongside the company’s broker and BenAdmin focus, this role will also contribute to improving how the product and processes scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop deep expertise in Rippling Benefits so you can support brokers and clients quickly and later serve as a reference point for internal teammates.
  • Work directly with brokers and clients to understand insurance and benefits requirements.
  • Set up customized plans in the Rippling environment to match client or broker needs, including loading enrollment information, reviewing plan details, and occasionally helping troubleshoot deduction-related problems.
  • Coordinate closely with the Implementation team and the broader Customer Experience group to ensure successful client and broker onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Insurance Operations, Customer Experience, and Product teams to improve workflows and strengthen the product.
  • Create, maintain, and refine documentation for benefits implementation processes and best practices.

Requirements

  • Genuine interest and curiosity in benefits and insurance.
  • At least 3 years of experience in either an insurance brokerage environment or a benefits-focused implementation role.
  • Strong project coordination and organization abilities, with careful attention to detail and solid time management.
  • Clear communication and presentation skills, plus the ability to build trust with brokers and clients.
  • Self-driven mindset with a preference for taking action and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.

Bonus Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of experience in a customer-facing role in the HCM space, such as HR, payroll, or benefits.
  • Experience using tools such as JIRA, SFDC, G Suite, Outreach, and Mac computers.
  • APA certification is considered an advantage.
