Role Overview
This is a full-time remote sales position focused on inbound lead conversion, appointment setting, and relationship-based selling. The work centers on engaging prospects who have already shown interest through a form submission, inbound call, or marketing campaign. The goal is to earn the appointment for a Sales Consultant rather than selling the home product directly.
Compensation is hourly pay plus commission and incentives.
Location Requirement
This position is fully remote, but candidates must permanently live in one of these Canadian provinces: British Columbia, Ontario, or Quebec. Applications from outside these provinces cannot be considered.
What the Role Involves
The position is built around high-energy customer conversations and consistent follow-up. You will manage your own leads from the first contact through appointment confirmation, including callbacks and re-engagement of older opportunities. The role is not cold calling; every lead is company-generated and inbound.
Key Duties
- Handle more than 100 inbound and outbound customer interactions each day while maintaining quality and enthusiasm.
- Set up in-home and virtual consultations by clearly explaining the value of the appointment.
- Create trust quickly through empathy, active listening, and strong communication.
- Take ownership of leads from start to finish, including follow-ups and scheduled callbacks.
- Work on rehash opportunities by reconnecting with previously unclosed prospects.
- Use objection-handling techniques to recover cancelled appointments and move conversations forward.
- Provide a strong customer experience through both phone and chat.
- Work across multiple systems while staying organized and accurate.
- Log activities and results in CRM tools.
- Keep improving your approach, messaging, and performance through coaching and feedback.

Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should bring 1–2+ years of experience in a call center, inside sales, or another high-volume customer-facing environment. Prior success in a performance-based role is important, along with the ability to handle large call volumes consistently and professionally.
Work Environment and Schedule
This is a remote role that requires dependable internet access and a dedicated workspace. The schedule may include evenings, weekends, and varying shifts.
