Role overview
Whitehorse City Council is seeking a full-time Infrastructure Cleansing Officer based in Nunawading, Victoria. This position plays an important part in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming public areas, helping improve everyday life for residents, workers, and visitors across the municipality.
The role offers a salary of $69,000 to $73,000 per year, plus allowances and 12% superannuation. It also includes a 9-day fortnight.

The purpose of this position is to help present the City of Whitehorse to the community and visitors in a way that reflects a high standard of cleanliness and care.
Candidate profile
To be successful in this role, you should bring relevant cleansing experience in a busy public setting, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work respectfully with members of the public, residents, traders, and contractors. You will also need to work well in a team, support shared goals, and adapt readily to changing methods, equipment, and procedures.
