Influencer Project Executive

About the Role

This position focuses on running influencer campaigns from start to finish. You will coordinate with clients, shape and track deliverables, keep timelines on schedule, and help resolve issues as they come up. The role also calls for strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep each project moving smoothly and performing well.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep the backend database organized and accurate, making sure records stay current.
• Group and classify information in a way that improves workflow and makes data easier to find.
• Identify influencers who fit the campaign or proposal requirements.
• Handle discussions with influencers and secure their participation in campaigns.
• Prepare contracts for each influencer involved in a campaign.
• Explain content expectations and guidelines to influencers so their drafts match the campaign brief.
• Coordinate paid media access requests with influencers.
• Set and manage deadlines for content submission and publication.
• Track influencer progress and ensure timelines are followed.
• Serve as the main day-to-day contact for influencer questions, content revisions, and related coordination.
• Gather and compile performance analytics from influencers after posts go live.
• Share daily progress updates with campaign leads.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant has at least 2 years of experience in a fast-moving creative, digital, or social media agency. You should be comfortable handling several projects at once, working closely with internal teams, and communicating clearly across stakeholders. Strong attention to detail, solid judgment, the ability to stay effective under pressure, and confidence with project management tools are all important for success in this role.
