The position is based in North Dublin and includes free onsite parking. The working arrangement is a 50/50 hybrid model, and the role reports directly to the HR Director.
What You Will Do
- Support the HR function across the full employee journey, from onboarding through day-to-day employee support.
- Work as part of the HRIS implementation team, maintaining accurate data and producing reports that help inform decision-making.
- Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers and ensure new employees have a smooth induction and onboarding experience.
- Partner with payroll to keep employee records accurate for weekly and monthly processing, and assist with pension administration.
- Serve as the first contact for HR questions, provide guidance on company policies, and help manage employee relations matters such as disciplinary and grievance procedures, investigations, and note-taking.
- Help deliver engagement initiatives, liaise with the EAP provider, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HR experience in a fast-moving environment. Experience in the FMCG sector would be a strong advantage.
You should hold a minimum Level 8 third-level qualification, preferably in HR or a related business field. Strong confidence with HRIS platforms such as CoreHR, Workday, or TMS is important, and prior involvement in system implementation would be highly beneficial.
A solid understanding of Irish employment law is required, along with experience supporting employee relations cases. You’ll need to be adaptable, resilient, and comfortable managing change while handling several priorities at once. An Irish driving licence is essential for this position.
