HR Psychologist Internship - Remote, Part Time

About the Internship

This internship focuses on supporting HR functions with an emphasis on psychology principles. The selected interns will engage in sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, preparing onboarding documentation, and supporting employee engagement initiatives within a remote, part-time role over four months.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize various recruitment platforms to identify and connect with prospective candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Arrange interviews with hiring managers and update recruitment tracking systems accordingly.
• Draft offer letters, manage onboarding paperwork, and maintain employee records.
• Assist with HR operations including attendance monitoring and document management.
• Participate in employee engagement activities and foster internal communications.
• Suggest improvements to recruitment processes and enhance employer branding efforts.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available to work remotely and commit to approximately 3–4 hours daily.
• Candidates should be able to start between August 7 and September 11, 2026.
• Must be able to commit to the full duration of 4 months.
• Women interested in commencing or restarting their careers are encouraged to apply.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with relevant skills and interests preferred.
