Role Overview

An opportunity is open for an experienced HR Manager to take charge of the organization’s core people functions. The position focuses on building a strong workplace culture while handling hiring, employee experience, performance, workforce planning, HR administration, and compliance.

Core Responsibilities

The selected candidate will oversee the complete employee lifecycle and help shape HR practices that support business goals.

Manage end-to-end human resources activities, including hiring, induction, employee relations, performance management, and employee exits.
Design and roll out HR policies, processes, and operating guidelines that align with organizational objectives.
Handle workforce planning, recruitment strategy, succession planning, and retention efforts.
Run performance review programs and support employee growth plans.
Advise managers on people issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict handling.
Make sure the organization follows labor laws, employment rules, and internal policies.
Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.
Support employee engagement, wellness, diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.
Review HR data and workforce metrics to guide leadership decisions.
Lead learning and development initiatives that strengthen employee and leadership capability.
Maintain HR systems, employee files, and reporting workflows.
Assist with organizational change efforts and broader business transformation projects.

Requirements

This role calls for a senior-level HR professional with strong people management skills and a solid command of HR operations.

Prior experience in HR management or a senior human resources leadership role.
Practical knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and labor compliance.
Experience creating and implementing HR policies, frameworks, and organizational programs.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
Capability in handling disputes, negotiating solutions, and solving people-related problems.
Experience using HRIS platforms, payroll processes, and HR reporting tools.
High level of discretion when working with sensitive or confidential information.
Strong planning, coordination, organization, and project management skills.
Comfort working with business leaders to support growth and workforce capability.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
Professional HR certifications will be considered an added advantage.
