Role overview

This position is part of the housekeeping and laundry team at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Jeddah. The role is focused on creating a welcoming, well-kept environment for guests by maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards across guest rooms and shared areas. Rather than simply cleaning rooms, the job is centered on shaping a memorable guest experience through consistent attention to detail and responsive service.

What you will do

You will handle a variety of housekeeping tasks across the hotel. Typical work includes responding to guest requests, replenishing housekeeping carts, cleaning guest rooms, and caring for public areas and other spaces as needed. The role requires a practical, hands-on approach and the flexibility to move throughout the property and complete tasks wherever support is needed.

The position also calls for adherence to company standards in safety, confidentiality, quality, and professional conduct. You will be expected to present yourself professionally, follow internal procedures, and carry out additional reasonable duties when requested.

Working conditions

This is a full-time, non-management position based in North Corniche, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role is not remote and involves extended periods of standing, sitting, and walking. It also requires physical activity such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
