ఉద్యోగ వివరణ
Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and self-driven Front Office professional to join the team in Doha, Qatar at Centro Capital Doha. The role is focused on delivering polished, guest-centred service and making every stay feel seamless and memorable.
What You Will Do
- Provide consistently courteous, warm, and engaging service to every guest.
- Welcome guests and handle check-in procedures in line with standard operating procedures.
- Process guest departures and complete check-out tasks according to established hotel standards.
- Assist with selling rooms to walk-in guests and support daily front desk and facilities-related needs.
- Manage cash handling duties, including inventory control and the collection of cheques and foreign currency bills of exchange for hotel guests, in accordance with credit policy.
- Work closely with colleagues across departments, especially Housekeeping, Finance, and Reservations.
- Keep the Guest Service Desk staffed, prepared, and fully equipped so it remains available as a reliable guest contact point.
- Protect guest privacy by ensuring personal details are not disclosed.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, service standards, facilities, and current hotel happenings.
Candidate Profile
The role calls for someone with a hospitality background and prior Front Office experience in a hotel environment. Strong written and spoken English is essential, and additional language ability will be an advantage. The ideal person will also bring solid interpersonal skills, a practical approach to problem-solving, computer literacy, and familiarity with Opera being beneficial.
