Role Overview

This opportunity is for a seasoned General Manager to take charge of a premium island beach club in Dubai. The position is centered on elevating an already notable destination into a highly distinctive luxury venue that blends hospitality, entertainment, fine dining, and exceptional guest service.

The role calls for a leader who has already managed internationally respected lifestyle venues and understands how to attract affluent clientele while guiding large teams to deliver consistent, high-end experiences.

Key Mission

• Steer the repositioning of a flagship luxury island destination.
• Mentor, guide, and strengthen a high-performing management team.

• Shape entertainment programming and premium event concepts.

Candidate Profile

The ideal professional brings prior experience as a General Manager in luxury hospitality, along with exposure to premium lifestyle brands, beach clubs, or upscale resorts. A sharp commercial and financial outlook is essential, as is the ability to lead people with confidence and clarity.

Strong English communication skills are required. International experience is highly valued.

Salary & Benefits

The compensation package is AED 45,000 to AED 65,000 per month and includes performance bonus, visa sponsorship, medical insurance, annual flight ticket, relocation support, meals, and additional company benefits.
