Role Overview
This position carries full responsibility for sales operations and localized management across the United States. The main objective is to grow revenue, improve profitability, and strengthen the company’s market presence through account management, channel development, team leadership, and operational discipline.
Key Account Development & Strategic Client Engagement
- Focus on major B2B enterprise customers in the US and identify strong, high-value opportunities.
- Drive deal negotiations, agreement closure, and the development of durable partnerships with important accounts.
- Handle everyday client interactions, deepen relationships, and create strategic engagement plans that increase loyalty and business volume.
- Build reference-worthy customer success cases that reinforce the company’s core market position.
Dealer Acquisition & Channel Growth
- Source and bring onboard capable dealers and local partners in underserved US regions and channels.
- Design and improve a localized distribution network.
- Continuously widen channel access and strengthen coverage to expand the sales pipeline.
- Create sustained business opportunities that improve market reach and penetration.
Team Leadership & Daily Management
- Hire, develop, and scale the local US sales team, including succession planning and talent development.
- Manage daily team activities, coach performance, track KPIs, and provide operational direction.
- Break down business targets for the team, ensure execution, standardize selling processes, and lift productivity and individual output.
- Shape a strong-performing local sales organization.
Business Operations & Profitability
- Oversee the full US sales operation, including the complete sales cycle and the improvement of sales systems and operating models.
- Monitor regional operating profit and drive better revenue and profitability through channel optimization, customer mix improvement, cost control, and incremental revenue generation.
- Support stable, high-quality, and sustainable growth.
Reporting & Headquarters Coordination
- Analyze US market sales data, pipeline health, channel progress, customer status, and operating results on a regular basis.
- Conduct business reviews and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Create a structured reporting process to update headquarters on market changes, business progress, results, risks, and upcoming plans.
- Work closely with headquarters resources and keep execution aligned with corporate strategy.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or higher is required, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in a senior sales management or regional leadership role in the US market.
- Demonstrated ability in key account growth, dealer channel setup, and end-to-end team management.
- Strong understanding of local US business practices and market conditions, along with established customer and channel relationships.
