About the Role
Bloom & Beyond Design LLC is a high-end interior design studio headquartered in Dubai. The company is seeking a full-time video editor to support both its brand presence and the founder’s personal brand by producing engaging short-form social media content.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels and TikTok.
- Produce polished cuts with compelling openings, smooth flow, captions, transitions, and sound effects.
- Keep raw footage organized and easy to manage.
- Complete video assignments on schedule and maintain strong quality standards.
- Preserve a refined, premium editing look that matches the luxury brand identity.
- Absorb the company’s editing approach and gradually work with little supervision.
- Monitor social media trends and use relevant ones when appropriate.
Requirements
- Demonstrated background in editing short-form social media content.
- Comfort using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Solid grasp of storytelling, pacing, and viewer retention techniques.
- Sharp attention to detail.
- Dependable internet access and the ability to work full-time.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop with the team.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is creative, self-driven, and enthusiastic about making content that performs well. In the first few weeks, close collaboration will be provided to help you learn the preferred editing style. The expectation is that you will become confident editing independently while preserving the brand’s visual identity.
Application Process
Applicants are asked to share their CV, a portfolio or samples of their strongest editing work, and three short-form videos they are most proud of. Candidates who are shortlisted will be given an editing test before the final interview.
