Role overview
foodpanda is a leading on-demand food delivery business in Singapore, connecting customers with a wide range of popular restaurants for fast delivery to homes and offices. The team is hiring a self-motivated Fulfillment Associate to help run day-to-day warehouse operations in Singapore. This position follows shift-based schedules.

Key responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate warehouse workflows from receiving goods to dispatching orders, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Use standard operating procedures to keep inventory accurate and goods moving efficiently.
- Carry out stock checks such as cycle counts, expiry verification, replenishment, and FIFO practices while meeting food safety standards.
- Support and guide agency pickers by setting daily work priorities so store requirements are met within the allotted time.
- Work with the Warehouse Manager on manpower planning and daily deployment arrangements.
- Be available for monthly cross-store deployment based on business requirements.
- Take part in Workplace Safety & Health processes, including periodic risk assessments, to support regulatory compliance.
- Serve as a role model for company quality standards and SFA requirements for agency pickers.
- Ensure warehouse tools and equipment are properly maintained and serviced for uninterrupted operations.
- Use the company’s troubleshooting process to raise tickets for access-related issues when needed.
- Refer to updated SOPs and internal resources when clarification or improvement is needed.
- Complete required data entry and compliance reporting in line with SOP expectations.
- Keep work areas tidy, organized, and ready to support picking, fulfillment, and restocking activity.
- Promote safe work habits and remain alert to the safety of colleagues and contractors.
Requirements
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-driven and able to operate independently.
- Working knowledge of 5S practices and a habit of applying them consistently.
- Comfortable using mobile devices, laptops, and digital communication tools.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Willingness to work across different store locations within a cluster according to roster and operational needs.
- Dependable attendance with minimal unplanned leave and proper adherence to leave procedures.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or retail setting is preferred.
- Experience with warehouse or inventory management systems is an advantage.
