Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated junior-level data analyst to join the team full time in Australia. This position is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals who want to develop practical experience in analytics and turn raw data into meaningful business insight.

Key Responsibilities

Gather data from different sources, then clean, check, and verify it before use.
Study datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and useful findings that can guide decisions.
Build reports, dashboards, and visual summaries that help teams understand performance.
Track important KPIs and prepare recurring performance updates.
Support data accuracy, consistency, and overall quality across reporting work.
Work with cross-functional teams to assist business initiatives and analytics needs.
Record analysis steps and document reporting methods for future reference.

Candidate Profile

A bachelor’s degree, either completed or currently underway, in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a closely related discipline.
Good analytical thinking and the ability to solve problems systematically.
Working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel.
Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms will be considered an advantage.
Basic familiarity with Python or R is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
