Mindrift is hiring a freelance Presentation Designer for the Tendem project, where the focus is on building polished, high-impact storytelling materials within a hybrid AI-and-human workflow. The work is remote and part-time, and it suits creative specialists who are comfortable turning dense information into sharp, visually persuasive presentations.

In this role, you will partner with Tendem Agents that manage routine tasks, while you contribute expert judgment, design finesse, and storytelling ability to produce premium-quality slides and one-pagers. The position calls for strong experience in visual communication, information design, and narrative-driven presentation work.

What the role involves

You will shape the storytelling and visual structure of presentations, making complex content easy to understand and visually compelling. The work includes building decks and one-pagers that feel refined, consistent, and tailored to the intended audience. Typical tools used in the role include PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.

Key responsibilities

• Create high-value pitch decks and professional one-pagers designed for specific audiences.
• Convert complicated data and narratives into clear, minimal, and well-structured visual stories.
• Improve presentation quality through custom typography, tasteful motion, and strong visual consistency.
• Maintain a premium style that blends corporate polish with creative flair across all outputs.
• Check alignment, spacing, pacing, and brand consistency carefully before handing over the final files.

Work expectations

Compensation

Contributors may earn up to the hourly equivalent of USD 50, depending on experience and the pace of contribution. Pay can differ across projects based on scope, complexity, and expertise requirements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related creative field is an advantage.
• Strong command of presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Keynote for creating sophisticated, animated decks.
• Solid proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop, or with Figma for graphics and layout work.
• Ability to turn multi-layered information and data into simple, structured, minimalist visuals.
• Advanced typography and animation skills for refined, high-end deliverables.
• English proficiency at upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher is required.
• Experience producing premium, corporate-meets-creative presentation layouts.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to visual precision.
• Independent working style with the ability to solve design problems without close supervision.
