Role overview
This is a Founder Associate role centered on customer success and operations. You will work closely with the Head of Customer Success and the founders to help customers adopt AI across their sales organizations. The position is intended to be a launchpad: you will begin by supporting the team and gradually take on ownership of customer relationships as you build expertise.
Your focus will be on helping customers realize value quickly, deepen product adoption, and continue growing with Weflow. You will gain practical exposure to onboarding, enablement, renewals, expansion, and advisory work with Sales, RevOps, and Revenue Leadership teams.
Responsibilities
- Grow into a Weflow product specialist with a clear understanding of how Salesforce implementation and AI features connect to customer revenue goals.
- Develop strong customer relationships by learning their RevOps setup, business challenges, and objectives, then helping Weflow deliver measurable results.
- Support customers in improving and adapting their AI configuration as sales and RevOps priorities change.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and help extend adoption to additional teams and revenue-related functions.
- Assist with onboarding while balancing RevOps needs with Salesforce technical constraints.
- Contribute to customer adoption and retention by working in a proactive, data-led way.
- Handle support tickets and help maintain a structured feedback channel with Product and Engineering.
- Work with the Head of Customer Success to create the playbooks, processes, and systems needed to scale the function.
- Get comfortable with the core tools in the stack, including Salesforce, Weflow, Intercom, Make, Amplitude, and Notion.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with senior stakeholders.
- Strong curiosity about AI and a willingness to use it to improve your own effectiveness.
- A structured, analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
- A collaborative, customer-focused approach and readiness to take ownership where needed.
- Interest in Salesforce, RevOps, or sales technology; direct experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Suitable for a recent graduate or early-career candidate who wants to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong command of English.
