About the Role
Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore is seeking a Floor Supervisor to support the housekeeping team at its beachfront resort. The property is positioned as a warm and caring workplace that values respect, strong service standards, work-life balance, and recognition for good performance.

Located about 15 minutes from the city, Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa is Singapore’s only beachfront resort. The resort features 454 guest rooms and suites designed in natural tones, each with a private balcony or terrace overlooking the ocean and lush gardens. It offers a calm island setting with spa experiences and fine dining.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day flow of housekeeping operations to keep room servicing running efficiently.
- Assist management in upholding service quality and operational standards.
- Monitor team performance and ensure work processes are carried out smoothly.
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, including replenishing room supplies.
- Clean bathrooms and restock bathroom amenities as required.
- Arrange guest belongings neatly while servicing rooms.
- Make sure quality assurance standards are consistently maintained.
- Keep hotel corridors clean and well maintained.
- Escalate any maintenance concerns to the Engineering Department.
- Provide courteous guest assistance and professional interaction whenever needed.

Additional Information
