What you’ll do

• Welcome customers and build strong relationships across in-person, phone, and email channels.
• Show empathy and assess each customer’s situation so you can guide them toward a suitable financial product.
• Help customers build credit and make progress toward their financial goals.
• Drive cross-sell and add-on product opportunities.
• Handle collection activity for overdue financial accounts.
• Collect and verify the information needed to complete product and service applications with careful attention to detail.

What we’re looking for

• Strong communication skills with a customer- and results-focused approach.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role, including comfort speaking with customers by phone.
• Good objection-handling and negotiation ability.
• A sales-oriented mindset and comfort working in fast-paced, competitive settings.
• Ability to pass criminal, employment, and credit background checks.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada on a full-time basis at the time of application; sponsorship is not available.

• Hourly pay of CAD 19.00 to CAD 20.00.
