Role overview
We are looking for a driven and experienced Financial Sales Advisor to become part of a large, energetic, and fast-moving team. This is a permanent, full-time position for someone with a strong track record in financial services and the ability to provide excellent client support.
The role involves handling a steady stream of inbound financial enquiries that come through effective marketing channels. It will suit someone who works well in a structured team setting, communicates clearly, stays organised, and is committed to achieving strong commercial results.
Responsibilities
- Offer professional financial guidance to both prospective and current clients by phone and email.
- Move applications forward efficiently while following all compliance requirements.
- Keep CRM records and internal systems up to date and accurate.
- Spot opportunities to discuss related products such as mortgages, life insurance, pensions, and savings, with training provided.
- Work closely with internal administration and support colleagues to deliver a smooth client journey.
