About the internship
Capflow Consulting LLP is looking for a Finance & Accounting intern to join its Mumbai office. The role offers practical exposure to debt syndication work and day-to-day finance operations in a collaborative, hands-on environment where you can build industry knowledge and contribute to client assignments.
What you will work on
- Research financial data and prepare analysis that supports business decisions.
- Assist in reviewing financing proposals and carrying out due diligence.
- Understand client requirements and help propose suitable funding solutions.
- Support the creation of financial models, information memorandums, and presentation decks.
- Coordinate with clients and lenders for loan-related documentation.
- Study industries and competitors to spot trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Share findings and recommendations with senior management in a clear and structured way.
- Help manage documentation-related tasks end to end.
- Prepare content and run targeted email marketing campaigns to identify suitable leads.
- Review balance sheets using ratios, accounting standards, and notes to accounts.
Exposure and learning
The internship provides hands-on experience across multiple industries and builds familiarity with both secured and unsecured lending products, including supply chain finance and structured finance solutions.
