Field Sales Representative

About the Role

Donu is a grocery and essentials delivery app serving Accra. The company is expanding quickly, and this position is focused on building customer adoption in East Legon and nearby neighborhoods. This is a hands-on, field-based role rather than an office position. You will spend your days meeting busy professionals, households, and families in person and turning them into repeat Donu customers as the business continues to grow.

What You Will Do

• Bring in new customers through direct in-person outreach at offices, residential estates, gyms, churches, and local communities
• Guide people to download the app and complete their first order immediately
• Stay in touch with each lead until it converts into an order
• Hand out flyers and support simple promotional activities within your assigned area
• Share a brief weekly update on your activity and progress

Requirements

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or another customer-facing role
• Comfortable doing fieldwork and working with a high-energy, hands-on approach
• Confident initiating conversations and approaching new people
• Well-organized, consistent with follow-ups, and able to keep leads moving
• Strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and a trustworthy manner
• Must live within commuting distance of Accra, Greater Accra Region, Ghana

Success in the First 30 Days

• By the end of the first month, you should be building toward 150+ leads and 30 to 50 orders
• Customers should be able to download the app and place their first order without delay
• Weekly reports should be submitted on time without reminders

Compensation

• Expected monthly earnings can exceed 2,400
• Base pay ranges from GHC 1,200 to GHC 1,500 per month
• You will receive GHC 10 for each new customer order
• A monthly bonus of GHC 400 is available once you reach 50 or more orders
