Role Overview
This position is a full-time remote opportunity with commission-based pay. The main focus is to identify potential clients, filter and qualify leads, reach out to prospects, and present the company’s services in a persuasive and professional manner.
What You Will Do
- Research relevant markets and identify high-potential prospects.
- Reach out to leads through email, phone calls, and digital platforms.
- Set up discovery conversations and guide them effectively.
- Keep the sales pipeline structured, updated, and easy to track.
- Negotiate commercial terms and keep follow-ups consistent until deals are closed.
- Work with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
- Manage your own workflow, report activities accurately, and improve outreach methods to raise conversion rates.
Candidate Profile
- Strong background in client acquisition, business development, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Ability to build relationships, negotiate well, and sell in a consultative manner.
- Clear written and spoken communication for presenting services and value propositions.
- Good pipeline organization and familiarity with CRM or similar tracking tools.
- Self-driven, performance-focused, and capable of working independently in a remote commission-based setup.
- Experience in target-based roles with a proven record of achieving or exceeding sales or acquisition goals.
- Comfortable using digital tools and online networking channels to find and engage prospects.
- Previous work in sales, business development, or client acquisition is relevant; commission-based experience is a plus.
