About the Role

The Münchner Management Kolloquium (MMK) is a leading German platform for dialogue between industry and academia. The team is looking for an Executive Assistant who can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, bring structure to operational processes, and provide dependable support to the management team. This position combines traditional executive-assistant work with back-office coordination and support in speaker and event-related activities. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO in day-to-day operational tasks
