About the Role

In this Trade Counter position based in Abbotsford, you will split your time between making product deliveries, assisting plumbers and other tradespeople with customer service, and handling tasks that help the warehouse and trade counter operate efficiently.

Key Duties

• Transport parts and products to customers in a company vehicle.
• Carry out order picking, packing, and stock management tasks.
• Help maintain a clean, organised, and safe branch and warehouse environment.
• Support customers with product information and general service enquiries.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in delivery driving, retail, or customer service, with a genuine interest in helping people in person and over the phone.
• Ability to pick orders, manage shop floor displays, and share information accurately.
• Comfort using computers and willingness to learn new systems.
• A valid, clean driver’s licence and flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends.
